I bumped into my friend, John, at a coffee shop and that’s what he told me. There are a 100 coffee shops in the larger area, but he comes to this one because the WiFi is so good. With 30 people in the place, all working online, the speeds are fast and work is getting done without frustration.
Maybe having crappy WiFi might be a business’s way of telling people they don’t want them to linger. But if you’re in the people-service business, upgrade your wifi—whatever “your wifi” is—and take care of your customers. We’re here to serve.
